Custom Grain Processing at our plant or your location!

Our processing equipment includes the basic air-screen cleaners, debearders, length graders, and  gravity tables.  But we also have some very specialized equipment like the Harada roll-sorter, Sortex color-sorter, Velvet Roller, polishers and spirals.

We offer custom processing in bulk, semi-loads, tote-bags or 50 pound paper bags. Whatever quantity you need, we can handle!  Co-packaging is also available.

Farm-Site Grain Processing

We offer custom Seed Cleaninging for farmers. Our service area includes Nebraska, Kansas, and Colorado but we have traveled to Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Kentucy for some very interesting projects.

Custom Processing of Alfalfa, Clover and Cover Crops/Green Manure  Organic * Non-GMO * Conventional

Do you need your alfalfa, clover, cover crops and green manure seed cleaned?  Teff grass is the smalled seed we have cleaned to date.  It looks like ground peper out of a pepper shaker.  Edible bean seeds (think Kidney beans or Great Northern) are probably the largest seed sizes we've done.

Specialty Grains Identity Preservation

Do you need to certify the Identity Preservation of your specialty seed or grains? We work with Certified Labs that will certify your genetics!

Grain Separation - Our place or yours! 

We can separate your mixed grains at the elevator, farm or our location.
